胃下垂會厭傷其他器官?

吳醫生好,我係你兩年前的病人,當時是因生育引起胃下垂至盆腔,但自己懒沒有堅持做situp,上個月照鋇餐顯示胃仍是盆腔中。想問問,胃有重量,長期壓著盆腔會否令其他器官受損?胃壓著盆腔要特別注意什麼?
