心跳異常

心電圖檢查，慣性心動過緩，心跳幾拾年來都在50左右，但醫生說均屬正常，近兩年心跳有時一個月一次，有時二至三個月一次:心跳100至120下，每次約30分鐘至60分鐘，心跳時伴胸悶不舒等，政府醫院己排期今年7月做24小時動態心電圖，但未必會監測到，因監測時可能不會剛好心跳異常，懇請醫生建議我進一步做什麼檢查。謝謝!
