胃脹問題

吳醫生你好：
本人胃脹咗成個月期間睇過兩次西醫一次中醫
西醫話我係消化不良同胃炎中醫就話消化不良
但食咗藥戒辣、凍、生冷嘢都無改善
胃脹前我食過辣嘢唔知係咪整傷咗個胃？
另外我有食慾但食得好少甚少有肚餓嘅感覺
我到底係咩病呢？好擔心！
