再障性貧血

想查詢有關再障性貧血,目前有什麼藥物可醫再障性貧血?如狀況已是:試過馬清和兔清都無效,現階段白血球的指數是零,因腸入菌現在發高燒39度而未退燒,請問還有什麼方法醫治呢?謝謝解答~
