不知是否灰甲

你好，本人尾指腳甲有分裂情況已一段時間，而且較其他腳甲厚和硬，腳甲表面有一條條白色橫直紋，容易刮出白色皮屑和粉末，分裂出來較細塊的那邊好像是沒有腳甲的，感覺像是很厚的死皮，按下很硬，沒有什麼特別的感覺。請問這是灰甲嗎？若是灰甲可怎樣治療？需到醫生處求診嗎？或是坊間有適用的藥水可治療嗎？謝謝！
