紅斑續問

紅斑出現後有粒好似暗瘡既物體生左出黎
同紅豆差不多大 按下去有痛感 而且硬硬地
用針剌穿有血水流出 現已結焦及痛感消失
只有一大粒會是皰疹二型嗎？
