檢查聽覺神經瘤

醫生您好,想問如要MRI檢查聽覺神經瘤，應是檢查腦部還是內耳道?可否不打顥影劑檢查?
另外，想問如果同時檢查腦部，頸，所打的顯影劑量是否比單檢一部門量多?謝謝
