恥骨及膀胱長期脹痛

医生你好，我係一名女性，最近半年每天恥骨2邊及膀胱長期脹痛，有時小便後小腹超痛連帶2邊恥骨都脹痛，最近更痛至上2邊腰，肚右上腹都痛，平躺就不痛，但站立時就又發作痛，嚴重影響生活質數，我已做過尿常規超聲波，種菌及膀胱镜檢查，婦科檢查都一切正常，但仍然每天痛，真擔心，廣華醫院已安排我做盆腔電腦掃描
