血精

上星期，本人自慰後發現出現血精的情況，不過肚子沒有腫脹、痛楚（小便、大便時也沒有痛楚）。近日再自慰後
，沒有出現血精。但精液呈深啡色（上星期後沒有自瀆過）這代表精液裡的血凝了？
