小兒脚甲很脆

您好，

我的兒子今年7歲，很多年前就發覺他新長出的腳甲很脆，有些用指甲鉗輕輕一剪就斷，而且腳甲表面好像分層，並非一整片。

顏色亦很深白(見附圖)，

而且新長出的腳甲似乎由較深的腳甲內長出，因此，每次剪腳指甲都要剪很深，以把新生出較深白色的腳甲剪掉。

但他的手指甲就沒問題。

請問是何原因？是缺少營養嗎？要如何解決？
