皮膚癬

本人不知為何由兩耳朵後開始出現痕癢 之後發覺胸部和肩膀和大腿外側也出現很多局部紅色小許凹凸 很痕癢塗什麼藥膏都無效果 大腿的更像是癣 請問是否牛皮癬
