是灰甲 或是年老退化呢?

請問醫生，我爸的腳甲近幾個月變成咁，是灰甲
或是年老退化呢? 會否傳染的, 但手甲好正常,他已78嵗了
我爸沒有糖尿病或高血莊，腳部也冇其他疾病,
只是肺功能好差，入了幾次醫院, 吃了好多抗生素,
