喉嚨不適

最近喉嚨痛斷斷續續3日後冇痛，之前有鼻塞 流鼻水 咳 有痰
到現時雖然沒有喉嚨痛，但依然有點聲沙 鼻塞
喉嚨後壁有少量肉粒 扁桃腺有點大 沒有任何痛症
請問正常嗎?
