頸膊背痛

我有頸痛問題持續3年或以上，以前最多只會因頸痛導致膊頭同頭痛，近呢2-3個月多左手指痺同背痛出現。本身我個人係做西廚，近排亦照了 x-ray 。醫生話骨冇事只係勞損，我曾做過物理治療，針灸，食藥等。。但亦都冇大多改善，而家條頸向左，右係冇問題，但向得較上會有點痛，向下一陣又會痛。令到個人坐立不安，連帶工作都有影響。
