如何可以治療坐骨痛

本人有坐骨神經半年主要痛是大腿內則及十隻腳趾麻痛
故不能跑步已看了很多中醫及脊醫沒有半點好轉請問葉
醫生怎樣可以幫我如何可以治療坐骨痛 謝謝
