地中海貧血

孕婦有地中海貧血應該睇咩科，血紅素好低,系公立醫院醫生開鐵劑佢吃，唔明點解地貧排鐵困難仲要補鐵，唔敢食，有冇醫生可以幫到我，萬分感激
