珍珠疹同性病

想請教下醫生兩者有什麼分別,上網睇說珍珠疹是包皮過長不清潔引致陰勁出現白色一粒粒,本人正是這樣,己有粒粒幾年了,很細點和很密的,那我怎才知道自己有性病的象徵呢?
