抗拒

本人已患有抑鬱症十多年。。近日唔想再食抗抑鬱藥，只係會食鎮靜劑或安眠藥幫助入睡。原本有一個見左差唔多兩年既臨床心理學家，近日又有一種好抗拒，唔想去見既感覺。有時都會有d好灰，冇乜希望既諗法浮現。其實係唔係真係要食一世藥，同埋根本上都係唔會好返架呢?
