扁桃腺分泌物

醫生，你好！我之前見扁桃腺有點腫和有白點（有大，有小），去看了醫生。那時候醫生說我扁桃腺問題不大，那些白點只是分泌物，最後連藥也不用吃。雖然身體沒有不適，但我現在還是看到那些白點，而且好像變多了。

請問一下扁桃腺分泌物和扁桃腺結石是不同的嗎？那些白點會自動消失嗎？需時又要多久？有什麼方法可以讓結石不出現？
