小孩1歲9個月不懂說話

小孩1歲9個月，不懂說話。 1歲多一點會說媽媽，過了六個月，只多說了"狗狗"，"一個" 兩句字，其它的話都依依呀呀

小兒在動作方面的模仿正常。

一歲時發燒抽筋，做過腦電圖，說有點不正常，有尖波。

請問，腦電圖有尖波和小孩不懂說話有關嗎？
