腸腹部有水聲

醫生你們好!講番少少前因...之前試過幾1個月前成個月便秘(試過睇醫生食通便丸都無用),之後即刻勁多胃氣有番大便,而家個問題係呢幾個月黎我個人瘦左十幾kg,基本上瘦到得番排骨,唯獨是個肚有少少脹起(訓係床到按個肚有水流動既聲)同埋我無左飢餓既感覺..試過朝早空肚4 個鐘都唔會肚餓...腹部沒有痛楚,，請專人幫忙。謝謝
