傷風感冒？

喉嚨好似有d野塞左咁,總係好似有d唔知鼻涕定啖既野塞係到,吞口水d口水好似塞住係喉嚨咁耳仔都有d塞,個鼻都塞,鼻入面d肉好腫,但係呼吸都算正常只係有d大聲
之前去醫院check過甲狀腺同肺仲有心電圖都顯示無問題
依d只係普通傷風感冒定其他病？
以前感冒都未試過依d症狀
