非淋病性尿道炎

我前幾天到某診所做抽組織化驗，確診左非淋病性尿道炎，但醫生只是開了Doxycycline Hyclate tablet 100mg
但我現在不只是尿道那個位不適，而且我左邊的睪丸也有少少痛，雖然不太痛。請問我是不是出現了併發症
