盤骨移位，脊椎痛，長短腳

一年了，會否變成結構性脊椎側彎，意外跌倒後有看過中醫、物理治療、有lock腰lock頸⋯,但還是不能把盤骨移正。左髖有點痛，左腳背腫，左膝痛。想照X光檢查脊椎及盤骨，應該站著還是躺著照，照正面及側面各一張嗎?頸椎受傷會造成以上病情嗎？是否不能或很難醫治？
