大比內則突然生左粒巨瘡無膿頭

五日前沖涼摸到大比內則有粒微硬瘡突起，一開始已經唔細，但不痛不癢，第二日就去睇醫生個醫生開左五日抗生素，但第三日發現粒瘡明顯大左痛痛地，今朝突然穿左流左好小膿之後好多血，盡量"之"到無血之後都係幾大粒而且係幾硬既，好痛，請問是否應該放膿，普通家庭醫生可以？
