糖尿+肚瀉

醫生你好,
我爸爸50幾歲,有糖尿病,現在有注射胰島素控制病情.
去年十月開始,有肚瀉出現,餐後就一定會肚瀉.
已於公立醫院排期看腸胃科,照腸鏡.排期排到明年七月.
上個月某日,他為了減少肚瀉而不吃早餐,結果暈倒送院.
住院期間沒有肚瀉情況.
但出院後又出現返肚瀉,便中並無帶血.
我想帶爸爸照腸鏡,適合嗎?或者有沒有更好的處理方法?
