龜頭紅腫

何醫生你好，我由星期6 開始 龜頭尿道口下小小的位置 發現輕微紅腫.. 長度1CM 到 闊0.2CM 到. 無任何痛 沖完涼會紅的 之後就變返 正常小小色.. 其實我要唔要睇醫生
