性病？

我三十幾歲，6年前一次去一樓一，與女子造愛，期間不知道套鬆下了，直接插入對方陰道幾下，之后發覺才載番。事後好驚，之后6年一直再沒有與任何人造愛。但最排識了女朋友，雖然這6年唔覺自己有任何性病，但自從識了女友，開始擔心如果日后與她造愛，如果自己有潛在性病，怕傳染她。請問6年來我都無事，是否代表我無性病？
