高血壓問題

想問下醫生, 我係醫生姑娘面前量血壓會好高升到去上壓150-160 ,下壓就70-80。 但我屋企度就110-120, 下壓就70-80。
我係醫生姑娘面前度會特別緊張。應該點先可以真正CHECK到我有無高血壓呢?
聽說有個24小時血壓監測有無用呢?
