兒童眼臉下垂

我個仔今年4歲，半年前因感冒服藥后開始眼臉下垂，眼睛無力，頸部向右側傾斜，兩個月前斜頸症狀消失，但目前左眼眼臉下垂症狀明顯，右眼相對正常，請問佢可能患邊種疾病，如果就醫的話需要去邊個科就診？謝謝！
