胸口好痛x-ray有陰影

你好醫生，我媽媽係上星期突然胸口好痛，抖氣，咳，打咸雾都好痛，之後去睇家庭醫生，就叫佢去照x-ray，結果出了話我媽媽有個陰影，不過已有一段時間了，叫她食抗生素藥，一星期後再照有縮細情況就繼續食，其實我地是否繼續，還是去睇專科？个陰影是否真的没有危險性？醫生你知道原因嗎？
