脫髮問題

醫生您好:
之前提問過，醫生說是遺傳性脫髮，但本人是女性(20)，而家人都沒有脫髮問題，曾試過不同的方法但沒有成果，現今仍然稀疏，可是害怕西藥會影響生育問題:(
請問我應否先詢問家庭醫生意見?
