最新病理報告一部分：

”肝臟（腫塊）“及膈肌（腫塊）”：梭形細胞惡性腫瘤（少量呈假腺樣結構）伴大量壞死，結合免疫組化標記及既往病理檢查，考慮為肉瘤樣癌（高度惡性），腫瘤侵犯肝被膜。。。。。。
