胃酸倒流引致喉嚨痛

我不嬲有唱開歌，今日我唱個時覺得個胃好唔舒服咁，聲帶感覺唔多好。之前我已經有胃氣漲既問題，睇過普通科話係多風，開胃藥比我食冇用。頭先上網睇見到胃酸倒流會令聲帶受損，請問我會唔會係胃酸倒流？要睇咩科醫生？要幾耐喉嚨先會正常番？會唔會對喉嚨有長遠影響？thx!!!
