醫生你好！我現在服用Paroxetine 20mg(每日一粒)的血清素藥，發覺轉了這藥後心跳比以前快些(例如以前我一早起床後量心跳昰大概65bpm!但我這排朝早起身量心跳是大概84bpm)!此藥副作用是這樣嗎？因我夜晚大概10點後才服Paroxetine 20mg一粒，但副作用(心跳快些)會維持很久嗎？因我整日的心跳率平均比以前快一些。
