腰和膊頭痛+大肶麻痺

醫生們,

您們好! 我懷疑我的工作(Office 經常坐), 與及太肥胖, 所以引致以下問題.
(1).腰及膊頭痛
(2).睡眠時大肶會有麻痺感覺.(我怕是中風先兆)
由於經濟問題, 可否幫忙介紹一下收費便宜點的醫生呢?
