油脂粒和黑頭

醫生，我之前皮膚過敏，但最近剛剛恢復後發現過敏的地方都生出油脂粒以及黑頭，都已經很熟了，到底應唔應該擠，擠後怕會留下洞洞，如果不擠又會不會自己脫落呢？
