月經排出肉團

本人從小經痛都很嚴重，有時肛門深處都會痛，這次月經經量很少且顏色呈現深褐色，在經期的第三天發現衛生巾有一舊3cm左右的淺肉色肉團，呈圓形有彈性。月經後更有很多褐色白帶，令我很害怕，不知道排出的肉是什麼。希望醫生可以幫忙解答。謝謝
