有關皮膚囇黑看醫生一事

本人19歲男,以前的皮膚也OK白,但從小學開始經常哂導致臉部皮膚哂黑而不能回復以前的白,本人已做足防哂和使用一些美白產品,還有吃維他命C,都是沒什麼效果。我應該去看皮膚科醫生還是去美容院呢?還是使用一些類固醇藥膏看看? 如果我去看皮膚科醫生,他會開藥給我吃?
還是給些藥膏我用?
