驗血報告ANA抗體指數高

想問ANA指數640代表什麼？會唔會下降返落嚟呢？我媽有紅斑狼瘡, 而我除左指數高之外都沒有其他問題。 那我懷孕的話會影響病情, 由無病徵變確診嗎？ 會否傳染小孩？ 我應該持續幾多年驗血呢？ 謝謝
