驗血報告ANA抗體指數高

你好! 早幾年我喺醫院驗過血, 驗到ANA指數有640, 但其他野都正常, 因為我家族有人有紅斑狼瘡, 所以我有點怕。

想問:
1. 過左幾年都無咩大礙, 我仲需唔需要再去見醫生驗血呢？

2. 如要, 我應該去睇咩專科呢？

3. 就甘睇我係咪真係紅斑狼瘡高危一族？
