左下腹疼痛

醫生：
本人今年40歲有日早上起身發覺左下腹有少許抽住痛，痛楚慢慢開始加劇，由左下腹抽痛至陰囊，痛到要彎住身。往公立醫院睇急症，初部診斷有腎石，照過x-ray無任何發現，留左小便。。本人身體向來無什麼大病，咁會係咩原因？請醫生解答，謝謝。
