鼻咽癌的先兆

醫生，這個月我的鼻孔經常有少量血塊，沒有流鼻水、耳鳴或鼻塞。以前平均一年只流一至兩次鼻血，但最近卻多了。我已二十多歲了，這個現象正常嗎？以你的經驗，會否是鼻咽癌的先兆？二十多歲患鼻咽癌的人多嗎？
