大便稀爛

本人患有腸易激綜合症,近來絞肚痛頻頻發作,大便呈稀爛狀,今晚更見有蛋花樣帯血的孱,而本人本身亦患有痔瘡,請問這是內臟出問題亡是痔瘡損了所以有血?本人現在正服醫生處方的藥:Lactasini Tab 0.5 mill,Gastrogel和Sulpiren 50mg有幫助嗎?謝謝解答!
