龜頭的裂口

在尿道上方約0.5-1cm有一條短短的裂口,
在勃起時有時會變了一個小小的洞, 是正常的嗎?

最近因一次摩擦過度而弄損了那處紅了,小小痛
現在沒有那麼紅,痛,等它自然康復Ok嗎?
