我女兒今年3歲，間中陰部痕癢

你好，想請問我女兒今年3歲，間中覺得下體陰部痕癢（她說的），會伏在枕頭上，被堆上磨擦下體，每次都很起勁，出哂汗，請問主要原因是什麼？是陰道有菌？陰道炎？或是什麼？可有治療方法？
