泌尿問題

本人經常小便常規檢查都有潛血，做了腎，膀胱，輸尿管超聲波檢查都沒有發現異常，只是最近發現左腎有一個3mm的結石，跟這個有關嗎？但是之前未發現結石時，都有潛血，所以還需考慮其它方面的原因嗎？
