長時間出現黃帶現象

我今年18歲..已經有一段頗長的時間出現黃帶的現象..有時更是青青綠綠的..有自慰的習慣..但從未性交..有時自慰後..第二天起床分泌物會有血絲..但不是每次都會有
我想問我是否有陰道炎..或更嚴重的疾病如子宮頸糜爛和腫瘤等??
如果我到診所..會用什麼方法替我作檢驗?
