先天性白內障

3個月的BB有先天性白內障，
有無必要立即進行手術？

如果不立即進行，會不會有什麼後果？
如果遲點等他發肓後，才決定是否進行手術可行嗎？

是否在進行手術後要佩帶眼鏡？
他只有3個月大，是否真的有此需要呢？

如果不進行手術，待他大一點會否有所改善呢？
