指甲問題

我家人有一個腳指甲的問題出現,
他的其中一隻腳甲早陣子有瘀色, 他以為是撞瘀了就沒有理會, 事後他洗澡時故意用水沖洗該位置, 洗澡後發現瘀色沒有了, 但幾天後發現腳甲與腳指肉好像分離, 而且顏色變白了, 這是不是空甲症? 還是灰甲??
有什麼方法可以治療??
